1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed by our supplier, it cannot be canceled or modified.
2. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or store credit for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the customer.
As a dropshipping business, we purchase and ship your order directly through our suppliers immediately after processing. Once your order has been submitted, we incur product, shipping, and fulfillment costs that are non-refundable.
Our suppliers do not accept returns or provide refunds for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.
If you realize that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We can only update your address before your order has been processed.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if requested)
After reviewing your claim, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
4. Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather
- Carrier delays
- Public holidays
- Natural disasters
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Shipping delays alone do not qualify for a refund.
5. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Orders refused by the customer or left unclaimed are not eligible for a refund.
If a package is returned to our supplier, any reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or variant
- Buyer's remorse

7. Lost Packages
If your tracking information confirms that your package has been lost during transit, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and supplier before determining the appropriate resolution.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed using the order details, shipping records, tracking information, and proof of delivery.
